The opportunity to have a voice in the company they own is a key benefit for cooperative owners. Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ owners exercise that benefit as they participate in Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ governance by nominating and electing the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ Board of Directors.

In December 2026, Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ members will elect Directors to seven seats on the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ Board in the following regions: 1 (two seats), 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8. As announced in mid-2025, Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ Board of Directors candidate applications are due Feb. 15, 2026.

The 2026 Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ Nominating Committee, elected by Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ members in regional caucuses at the 2025 Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ Annual Meeting, will assess and recommend up to two candidates for each open Board seat. The committee’s recommendations will be announced to Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ members in April 2026.
