The second set is not a remote. It has a fob which does all the same task as the remote, but is used by tapping the fob against the various security points (where there is a red light).
The box has some little locks - only need to open one. The code for the lock is 246

Our apartment is No 9 RIVA APARTMENTS, 58 Victory Parade, Toronto.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 2pm and Check Out by 11 am, unless otherwise negotiated - which you may ask for.
HOW TO FIND US
When you come off the M1 motorway, the road into Toronto will lead you straight on to The Boulevarde, which is the main shopping centre. Keep going until you reach the lake and turn left. This is Victory Parade.
Travel about 300 metres up the hill. and you will see on the left hand side number 58 "Riva" Apartments. Park on the street and walk to the front entry and you will see the letterboxes on the left.
NOTE: The Bus from Fassifern Railway Station takes about 10 mins to our place in Victory Parade - the Bus Stop is directly opposite the RIVA apartments and just down the hill about 100 metres from the Toronto Hotel.
COLLECTING THE KEYS
No.9 is a little combination lock. If you arrive after dark, you may need a torch or to use your torch function on your phone to read the numbers on the lock.
Turn it to 142 and turn the knob to pull it open. Inside are two small plain tins. Take the one without the locks on it. It has the remote control to get you in the main gate (left yellow button) and then to open up the roller door to Block A (right yellow button). This remote is also required to give you pedestrian entry through the front door, and to use the lift in Block A.
After removing the keys and closing the letterbox, please spin all three numbers to re-lock the letterbox.
Note: The other tin with its own locks is the emergency back-up, if you leave the main remote in the unit. Please leave this secure in the letter box. You will need to contact us to access this box should you misplace your keys or need more than one access.
KEYS
Wherever you see the little red light (the lift and front pedestrian access on ground floor) just tap remote against it and it will open for you.
To tap for entry to front pedestrian access gate, the red light is on the side of the outside intercom box left of you on wall.
PARKING
There is only ONE parking space available inside RIVA Apartments for continual use.
Temporary spaces are available for short periods should you have visitors. These are two Visitor Parking spaces, one Disabled and one for Contractors who have come at the request of the Riva owners.
NOTE: If you must have a second vehicle, we suggest using the hotel parking during the day and street parking below the building overnight, abiding by the limits set for these spaces.
TO PARK UNDER THE BUILDING
If you have parked outside No 58 with the car pointing up the hill, you will need to continue to drive up the road 250 metres to the roundabout then go around the roundabout, and return back along Victory Parade and turn right into the gated car entry just below apartment block.
When you enter past the gates, you will notice that there is another block of units at No 58 at the back, which is termed Block B.
You cannot get into Block B or its parking area with this remote so once you are through the gate, turn hard right to roller door on right and press the remote control to open up and get under Block A.
OUR PARKING SPACE
You will see the marked parking space for Unit 9.
TO FIND THE LIFT
Opposite the parking space for No 9 are a few steps. Go down the steps, turn left and walk down to end of long corridor where lift is on your right. Open lift then you will need to tap back of remote against the red light inside the lift and press level 2.
Our unit is just to the left when you get out of the lift.
The door keys are marked.
Once inside the unit there are two queen rooms on the right - the rear of which is quieter but the main front one is nicer and leads on to the deck. The 3rd Bedroom with two single beds is on the left. A small key rack is behind the door on which to hang the keys and remote.
AIRCONDITIONING
The unit it set at 22 degree. Best to leave the settings as is. Be careful that the setting is not put onto the 3rd bedroom or the room will become far too hot or cold. And when on, check that all external doors are closed.
WIFI-ADSL BROADBAND UNLIMITED
NETWORK NAME: OPTUS_27BA05
PASSWORD: on the refrigerator
WHEN LEAVING:
Main tasks are to:
1. Make sure all lights and air-conditioning off
and
2. Both sets of keys put back into their boxes and the two boxes returned to the Post Box.
3. And have a safe trip where-ever you are off to next.
