Guests have full access to the whole apartment and common facilities in the Apartment block including secure car parking and the common pool area.
The apartment has air conditioning, gas stove and oven, microwave, dining table extends to 8. Comfortable lounge seats 5 and a recliner chair.
TV is a 55 inch smart TV with Chrome Cast. Blue-tooth compatible Sound System.

Balcony has shutters to provide privacy or manage the sunlight. Balcony furniture includes large glass table with 6 chairs, and smaller glass table with 2 white leatherette chairs (currently in lounge room).

Balcony has shutters to provide privacy or manage the sunlight. Balcony furniture includes large glass table with 6 chairs, and smaller glass table with 2 white leatherette chairs (currently in lounge room).
NOTE:
We work on $200 for 2 people for one night. ie $180 plus $10 per person per night. The $10 per person extra is for the extra washing and drying of linen and towels etc.
That is separate from the $70 cleaning charge. This fee covers two hours of professional cleaning to maintain our unit at 5 star cleanliness level. This covers checking the unit contents, cleaning the wet areas (bathrooms and kitchen), vacuuming and dusting the whole interior, sweeping the outdoor areas, and making the beds with clean linen and supplying the clean towels and tea towels etc.
This assumes that the unit is basically left in the same condition in which it was found and that guests have been respectful. ie. returned furniture if moved, not left dirty pots and pans, food scraps or wine stains.
If the latter is the case, we will need to charge for the extra cleaning and laundry costs.
